Ltd. has given extreme emphasis on producing the highest quality Dies, Tools & Sheet Metal Components. In addition, we are also manufacturing Checking Fixture and auto components, since our inception in 1996.

Methodology and Basic Facilities

At Shiv Tools Engg. Pvt. Ltd., we are following an established methodology to develop our products in conjunction with meeting the requirements of our customers. As per this methodology, we first emphasis on understanding customer's needs and requirements. At this stage, we take care of various factors such as function, further operation and final usage. After the completion of this stage, we examine every process from the die design till the product delivery, for ensuring that customer's needs and requirements are met completely. Our Two Production Plants

Shiv Tools Engg. Pvt. Ltd. owns two well-equipped plants that are spread over a huge area. These plants are supported by all the required facilities to manufacture bulk amount of qualitative auto components. The first plant has 1300 sq yards of covered area and includes innovative CNC Milling Machines and CNC Wire Cut Machines. These machines are supported by latest CAM and design software along with various other machines. This plant also has the electricity connected load of 220 KVA (From Electricity Board) and 200 KVA (Stand-by D.G.Set).

Our second plant is spread over a large area, which includes 5500 sq yards of equipped area. It is integrated with 10 tonnes crane facility, one 400 tonnes hydraulic press and two 250 tonnes pneumatic press. The electricity connected load of this plant is 700 KVA (From Electricity Board) and 325 KVA (Stand-by D.G. Set).

Our Press Shop, Machine Shop, and Software

The plant – II of Shiv Tools Engg. Pvt. Ltd. includes each resource and facility that is important and crucial requirement of the auto component manufacturing process. This plant has an integrated press shop that includes light press shop, heavy press shop, and facility for press tools storage. The entire press shop is equipped with following machines:
